BHN Limousine Services accepts the following cards:

Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all US dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.
Certain trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver.
Flat Rate Pricing
BHN Limousine Services has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
As Directed (Hourly) Pricing
For travel between locations where a flat rate does not exist, BHN Limousine Services will charge the vehicles prevailing hourly rate with a two (2) hour minimum charge. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until the time it returns to the vehicle’s garage in 15 minute increments. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next quarter-hour.
Our quoted prices are all-inclusive with the exception of tolls and parking. A recommended 20% gratuity is included in the quoted price for your convenience. However, whether a gratuity of any amount is given is up to the client.
Friday and Saturday Minimums:
Certain vehicles including Limousines, Luxury (Limo) Buses, Mercedes Executive Sprinters are billed a four (4) hour minimum charge on all As Directed (Hourly) priced trips that occur on Fridays and Saturdays.
Wait Time Policy
Our grace period is defined as Twenty (20) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle type.
BHN Limousine Services is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline.
BHN Limousine Services does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
BHN Limousine Services does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged at twenty (20) dollars per stop. Stop times lasting in excess of 15 minutes will result in wait time charges.
Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing vehicles hourly rate.
1- For corporate-owned locations PA and NJ and Business Affiliates, a cancellation must be made within two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation charges.
2- For scheduled pickups within the continental US, cancellation times can vary from two (2) hours a maximum of twenty four (24) hours depending on region and type of service requested. Late Cancellations are charged half (50%) of the full amount or the deposit of the scheduled trip.
3- For International travel we require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours and may require as much as forty-eight (48) hours notice. Please contact us for specific notice times for cancellations. Late Cancellations are charged half (50%) of the full amount or the deposit of the scheduled trip.
4- Cancellation of Hourly priced vehicles with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum. Late Cancellations are charged half 50% of the full amount or the deposit of the scheduled trip.
No Show Charges
Our dispatch offices are open 24 hours a day / seven days a week. If for any reason, the client cannot locate their chauffeur, please call our office immediately. A No Show is charged in the event the client fails to contact our Dispatch office, locate their chauffeur, or and leaves the pick-up location. No Shows are charged the full amount of the scheduled trip.
BHN Limousine Services shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road, traffic, and vehicle breakdowns.
Baggage and Other Belongings
BHN Limousine Services does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for lost or damaged baggage, property, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
Conduct of Passengers
BHN Limousine Services reserves the right to refuse transport to any persons under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. If the chauffeur feels threatened during the trip, the service may be terminated immediately .
Unusual or Special Cleaning Required
BHN Limousine services may charge the Client an additional fee to cover additional cleaning, time, material and resources.
